We hold what you typed into a form here, show it to a company only when you’re put forward, and delete it when you ask.
Before you go live
What we collect
What you type into a form here, plus the CV you attach: your name, email, phone if given, location, years of experience, the technologies you list, the links you give us, your salary expectation and notice period if given, your right to work, your answers to a client’s screening questions, and your contact preferences.
We don’t scrape LinkedIn, buy lists or enrich your record from data brokers.
Why we hold it
To put you forward for roles you’ve applied to and, where you agree, for roles you haven’t. The lawful basis is legitimate interest for the matching, and your permission for sending your details to a named company.
Your contact preferences are held so we can follow them.
Who sees it
The three people who work here, and a company you’ve applied to or agreed to be put forward for. They get your CV and what we’ve written about why you fit.
We don’t share candidate data with other agencies, sell it, or use it to train anything.
Where it lives
A company gets your CV as an attachment when we put you forward, and not before.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. Records of a completed placement are kept for six years for tax and contract reasons. That is the placement record and invoice, not your CV.
Your rights
You have the usual UK GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email us and a person will action it.
Deletion removes your profile, your CV file, your applications, your history and our notes.
Cookies
One cookie, set only if you sign in to the internal admin area. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tag manager.
