Applying is against a specific role and asks about its must-haves. A CV on file is for roles we haven’t advertised yet.

The confirmation email gives you your score
Your application is scored against the role’s must-haves using fixed rules. The result is in the email.

One of us reads it and replies
By email, either way.

We put you forward
Applying is asking us to put you forward for that role, so there’s no second form. We won’t send you to a company you haven’t applied to without asking you first.

Tell us when you’re free and we sort it out with the company.

Will you ring me?+
Only if you pick phone on the form and give us hours. Otherwise it’s email, or WhatsApp if you choose it.
Could my current employer find out?+
Not through us. Your CV goes to the company you applied to, and nowhere else without asking you first.
Is the salary always on the advert?+
Where the client agrees to publish it, yes. We ask every client to.
Do you do hardware, or only software?+
Both. Embedded and firmware, FPGA and ASIC, electronics, mechanical and controls, alongside the usual software disciplines.
I’m not looking right now. Any point?+
Send a CV and tick the disciplines you’d consider. You’ll hear from us when a role matches and not otherwise.
What happens to my data?+
The three of us see it, and a company sees it only when you’re put forward. We don’t sell it or pass it to other agencies. Email us and we delete it.
Do I pay anything?+
No. The employer pays our fee.
